The other members were all talking about how great the flu and Covid boosters were going to be given together this year! I was incredulous and started trying to educate the attendees and the hospitalized member just got up and left the table, and the others looked at me like I had 3 heads.
I am with you. I have gotten better at biting my tongue when I know it is a waste to do otherwise. But it doesn't mean the struggle isn't there. I was in shock & disbelief on their pushing through the shots for babies, too.
Now I have this really heavy grief. My uncle died in October of 2021 of a massive heart attack a few days after a flu shot & covid booster (did 2 things at once like they're pushing now). He died on my birthday. It's coming up. I can't reconcile anything. I don't know how to protect my loved ones.
