On the dance video, my Worldanz teacher had a class at the Senior Center. The first day she had 30 students, who all seemed to be having a great time. One guy set off his Life Alarm doing deep knee bends, so they needed to stop and get responsible adults to tell them he really was fine and just dancing. But the next week, only three people showed up. She asked what happened, and found out they were 'feeling a little sore' the next day. Time to go back to the bunny hop!
