Have you ever been in love?
How did you know?
Could you see it?
Could you touch it?
How were you sure?
Have you ever been completely overwhelmed by a memory so strong that you are transported away from present time, even if only for a moment?

When I searched the stock photos for an ‘Ancient Medicine’ image, this is what came up:
So I tried ‘Natural Medicine’. Results were better, but in a “at-least-the-elephant-took-a-shit-on-the-floor-and-not-right-on-the-couch” kind of way.
Programming and propaganda. Everywhere all the time. It is VERY important that we continue to rely on The Science™, The Experts™, and The Medical System™.
It’s the lynchpin in the Monster’s Scheme.
It’s peddled all the time. It’s in your face (((and subliminal))). It’s coming at you when you are working, driving, relaxing, reading, talking, sleeping…
And shopping, of course.
Experts agree that fear is always useful when peddling Health™.
Fear sometimes dresses up as preventative guidance. But it’s still underlying fear that is powering the message.
It’s impressive how it’s been set up. Fear the dangerous thing, which you cannot see, that could be killing you. Trust The Experts™ about The Science™ because The Experts™ are WAY smarter than everyone. In fact, they are the only ones that can even begin to understand The Science™. They went to indoctrination school for a really long time, so listen up.
Oh look….Big Medicine™ can even help solve the problems they created.
How altruistic allopathic fucking disgusting.
Big Medicine can help guide you. Who needs it?
How do you know if your baby is healthy? There’s an app for that!
They want your body. And your baby’s.
For centuries the ancient wisdom keepers and healers in several traditions had a keen understanding of the energetic body. The healing traditions from China, India, Japan and Tibet, as well as other countries all spoke of energy channels, meridians, or nadis, along which the vital energy flowed.
Life was considered to be a bio-electrical and vibrational energy phenomenon and so health revolved around balancing energy through various means. Life existed because of life force and energy running through and animating the body, ensuring we can move, breathe, digest food, think and even feel.
ENERGY CHANNELS
This vital life force or chi, is composed of two kinds of forces, yin and yang, and flows along a sophisticated network of energy pathways, or highways, circuiting the body. Over 2000 years ago ancient cultures knew of the existence of these energy channels.
They were called ‘sen’ in Thailand, ‘nadis’ in India, ‘meridians’, ‘channels’ or ‘vessels’ in China and Japan, and ‘channels’ in Tibet. In India, where many eastern healing arts developed, there were said to be 72,000 nadis, or energy pathways. Disease is believed to be a blockage in the energy flow of these channels.
We are an energy field embedded into another energy field. Our bodies are electromagnetic in nature; composed of frequencies, which can be measured in a variety of ways such as EKG, CAT, and MRI.

The biofield or biological field, a complex organizing energy field engaged in the generation, maintenance, and regulation of biological homeodynamics, is a useful concept that provides the rudiments of a scientific foundation for energy medicine and thereby advances the research and practice of it.
The term biofield fills the need for a unifying concept to bridge traditional and contemporary explanatory models of energy medicine and provides a common language for aspects of both clinical practice and scientific research that focus on energy fields of the body…from biophotons and cell membranes to whole organisms to Gaia and the Tao. .
As a regulator and mediator of biological interactions, the biofield appears intimately connected with information delivery within the organism. The biofield thus holds and conveys information that is vital for biocommunication and bioregulation. Here it must be said that the concept of information in biology is nothing new; it is already used successfully to explain numerous molecular mechanisms in molecular biology, such as information encoded in DNA, hormone-receptor interactions, enzyme-substrate interactions, and many other forms of molecular recognition, as well as in ECG and EEG data. Further, many of these well-understood mechanisms may also be thought of as biofield interactions because information itself is often an emergent property of dynamical interactions that cannot be meaningfully understood from a reductionist viewpoint. At the cellular and subcellular levels, oscillatory behaviors emerge from negative feedback loops and coupled positive and negative feedback loops61 and result from stochastic, nonlinear biological mechanisms interacting with the fluctuating environment.62 For example, the emergence of phase-synchrony across large numbers of cells in circadian cooperative systems is the result of nonlinear coupling of oscillators across the cellular and multicellular levels.63,64 Similarly, electrically phase-coupled systems in neuronal networks give rise to cooperative behaviors across large numbers of neurons.65(source)
Although I am not a biologist, I suspect that if you are woman, you have likely experienced your monthly cycle synching with a sister, good friend, or roommate. This is a well known, although disputed, phenomenon that beautifully exemplifies our unseen connection to not only each other, but the eternally vast world and universe around us.
→Snarky Sarah would really like to take a hard turn here and post screenshots of all the headlines and articles “proving” that this synchronicity is not real and “all in women’s heads”. But that is not what this post is about today. And that is also laughable, because if you are a woman, you have likely experienced this myth reality. ::Snarky Sarah files this away for another day::
Some women think their cycles have a rhythm with the moon. Probably hysteria.
Oh look.
Women temporarily synchronize their menstrual cycles with the luminance and gravimetric cycles of the Moon
We show that women's menstrual cycles with a period longer than 27 days were intermittently synchronous with the Moon's luminance and/or gravimetric cycles. With age and upon exposure to artificial nocturnal light, menstrual cycles shortened and lost this synchrony. We hypothesize that in ancient times, human reproductive behavior was synchronous with the Moon but that our modern lifestyles have changed reproductive physiology and behavior.

The Biochemistry of Belief
Everything exists as a ‘Matrix of pure possibilities’ akin to ‘formless’ molten wax or moldable soft clay. We shape them into anything we desire by choosing to do so, prompted, dictated (consciously or unconsciously) by our beliefs. The awareness that we are part of these ever-changing fields of energy that constantly interact with one another is what gives us the key hitherto elusive, to unlock the immense power within us. And it is our awareness of this awesome truth that changes everything. Then we transform ourselves from passive onlookers to powerful creators. Our beliefs provide the script to write or re-write the code of our reality.
Bruce Lipton in The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter & Miracles, demonstrates how the new science of epigenetics is revolutionizing our understanding of the link between mind and matter, and the profound effects it has on our personal lives and the collective life of our species.
The Scientific Basis of Integrative Medicine
Stress and relaxation not only are underlying factors in much illness, costing millions of dollars in health care, but these conditions currently also are conventionally acceptable areas for discussion with regard to their impact on a patient's physical health (e.g. Dean Ornish's work on reducing heart attack risk) (1). Scientific justification for broad integration of mental/emotional issues into the practice of medicine is presented. Stress and relaxation also are ideal precursors to looking at the role of spirituality in health care.
A chapter on the pineal gland segues the reader from the well-established fact that the mind and body are inextricably connected to the cutting-edge field of subtle energy medicine. The authors take this line of research to unchartered territory, making the case that the pineal, not the pituitary, is the body's master gland and presenting the pineal gland as the physiological site of the interface between that which exists outside of the body and the hormonal and electrical cascades that are experienced as thought, emotion or spiritual in nature.
The authors pull together recent medical research and ancient philosophical concepts to establish that comprehensive health care must involve thorough attention to the mind and spirit—not just the body. A novel paradigm for health care that incorporates the mental, emotional and spiritual facets in a practical but integrative manner is elaborated. The paradigm is based on literally hundreds of studies and over 20 years of research.
The authors present a theory of the physiology of spirituality—or, in medical terms, a theory of how subtle energy impacts physical as well as mental or emotional functioning. In order for Western medicine to have a cohesive physiological system, it must account for the existence of energy fields within as well as outside of the human body. The Scientific Basis of Integrative Medicine looks at how various forms of energy (e.g. light, sound, electromagnetism or even prayer) translate into the chemical and electrical signals that orchestrate our physical health and mental well-being.
Soul Medicine—Crossing the Border
According to Eastern medical systems, the body contains channels through which flows an invisible but nutritive energy called chi, loosely translated to mean vital energy or life force. Furthermore, there is a purported energy surrounding the body, referred to as subtle energy. Subtle energy both informs and transcends the faculties of the five senses. It is taken into the body via openings, called chakras, and translated into a form of energy that the body can use, literally use, at the cellular level. Just as the pineal is the energy transducer for environmental information, the chakras are the energy transducers for subtle energy. Subtle energy is a healing energy that anyone can learn to perceive and utilize.
Subtle energy is the foundation of integral physiology, which is a medical paradigm that unites the enormous contributions of Western medicine with the profound insights of Eastern systems of health—a truly integral philosophy of healing. Supported by scientific research, integral physiology bridges belief systems and offers a neutral language that people of myriad backgrounds can use to communicate with one other about experiences that extend outside of known science.
Meridians are made up of a polarized medium, which is most likely stable water clusters with permanent electric dipole moments. This basically confirms the folklore that water is the source of life. We can actually see some parts of the meridians in some people, some of the time, using an infrared imaging technique. (source)
In this study published in the Journal of Electron Spectroscopy and Related Phenomena, researchers used in-line phase contrast CT imaging with synchrotron radiation on both non-acupuncture points and acupuncture points. The CT scans revealed clear distinctions between the non-acupuncture point and acupuncture point anatomical structures.
Acupuncture points have a higher density of micro-vessels and contain a large amount of involuted microvascular structures. The non-acupuncture points did not exhibit these properties.
The researchers note that the size of an acupuncture point “can be estimated by the diameter of microvascular aggregations….” They also commented that other research has found unique structures of acupuncture points and acupuncture meridians using MRI (magnetic resonance imaging), infrared imaging, LCD thermal photography, ultrasound and other CT imaging methods. The researchers commented that many studies using these technological approaches have already shown that acupuncture points exist. They note that “the high brightness, wide spectrum, high collimation, polarization and pulsed structure of synchrotron radiation” facilitated their discovery. They concluded, “Our results demonstrated again the existence of acupoints, and also show that the acupoints are special points in mammals.” (source)
Dosha brain-types: A neural model of individual differences
Abstract
This paper explores brain patterns associated with the three categories of regulatory principles of the body, mind, and behavior in Ayurveda, called Vata, Pitta, and Kapha dosha. A growing body of research has reported patterns of blood chemistry, genetic expression, physiological states, and chronic diseases associated with each dosha type. Since metabolic and growth factors are controlled by the nervous system, each dosha type should be associated with patterns of functioning of six major areas of the nervous system: The prefrontal cortex, the reticular activating system, the autonomic nervous system, the enteric nervous system, the limbic system, and the hypothalamus. For instance, the prefrontal cortex, which includes the anterior cingulate, ventral medial, and the dorsal lateral cortices, would exhibit a high range of functioning in the Vata brain-type leading to the possibility of being easily overstimulated. The Vata brain-type performs activity quickly. Learns quickly and forgets quickly. Their fast mind gives them an edge in creative problem solving. The Pitta brain-type reacts strongly to all challenges leading to purposeful and resolute actions. They never give up and are very dynamic and goal oriented. The Kapha brain-type is slow and steady leading to methodical thinking and action. They prefer routine and needs stimulation to get going. A model of dosha brain-types could provide a physiological foundation to understand individual differences. This model could help individualize treatment modalities to address different mental and physical dysfunctions. It also could explain differences in behavior seen in clinical as well as in normal populations.
My intention for this post was to share some of the tools and techniques that I have found useful for working with the biofield and subtle energy fields. Before I could do that though, I had to justify it. This is a me issue. Let me explain…
Before I began giving fewer fucks, just kidding I don’t even know what that means… I felt compelled to PROVE that some of the more esoteric modalities were REAL and REALLY delivering results...because I was seeing them. I wanted people to understand that woo woo isn’t speaking in tongues and convulsing on stages whilst healing the un-healable, although it certainly can be.
It’s not cauldrons and spells. It’s wisdom and history.
It’s knowledge and intuition and an understanding that just because you can’t see it, doesn’t mean it’s not there. It’s a respect for the senses that kept us alive in the dark forest when we couldn’t use our eyes.
For an incredibly long time, our consciousness has been lubed by snake oil propaganda and hardened by soul thieves. Binaries and thought terminating cliches are fueled by imposed frequencies and radiation that cloud our signal from ourselves.
This was and IS a plot to uncouple us from ourselves.
To convince us that our roots do not run into the earth, our bodies are not influenced by the rhythm of our universe, and our intuition is something to be ignored.
Ancient wisdom was deemed quackery. The knowledge handed down for generations, by our elders, was exchanged for prescription pads and fear-lore. Intuition became a myth and eventually emotions became too cumbersome to bear.
However….Despite the very best efforts of the soul thieves…I have written this, and you are now reading it. We have come to a place where these ancient traditions, despite being proven by hundreds of years of practice, are now able to be measured, and therefore acknowledged.
I am looking forward to sharing lots of the practices I find useful.
But for now, I encourage you to watch this video and do the corresponding breath pattern. I made it for some clients during Covid, and still occasionally send it out. It’s a square breath. It’s under 5 minutes. Try it. See how you feel.
Love you guys.

Salt water currents underpin our health and hydration.
Hence the pandemic of chronic health problems since the 80s gov driven health advice to lower salt. Despite Na and Cl being no 1 & 3 importance in a blood test.
The first stage of susceptibility is dehydration. Another word for dehydration is hyponatremia or low salt.
Low salt kills, marathon runners drinking water towards the end of their races died from drinking water instead of salt water. Most athletic events now only offer salt water as refreshments because of past tragic results.
Red blood cells are rehydrated with the ubiquitous saline drip. Red blood cells are saline sponges.
The lungs rehydrate RBCs with saline water. There is zero oxygen and carbon dioxide gaseous exchange going on in the respiratory system.
What drives the flu season?
Cold air holds the least moisture. And more time is spent indoors in drier air.
Lungs do best with humidity 30-50%, sea level atmospheric pressure or hyperbaric breathing (Eg WIM HOFF METHOD) or hyperbaric chamber, adequate salt in diet and hydration.
Ancient knowledge to heal and revive the respiratory system:
Sanatoriums along the sea shore were healing lungs.
Gargling with salt, rinsing nasal passages with saline solution (Neti pots)
The sea throws up salt water bubbles to inhale, reviving mucosa within the lungs.

Now you are talkin'.
Mostly what we need for health is nature, starting with whole foods. The more removed from nature the less healthy we are, the more prey to the medical cartel. Being healthy is not lucrative to the cartel. America is chronically ill intentionally because it is so very lucrative, which is by definition evil.
