“We are thrilled to welcome the World Economic Forum’s United States Centre for Advanced Manufacturing to Michigan, where our century-long auto manufacturing heritage, innovative businesses, and hardworking people continue to drive the future of the mobility and electrification in the U.S. and around the world,” said Governor Gretchen Whitmer. “Since I took office, Michigan has added nearly 30,000 manufacturing jobs, many building batteries, electric vehicle, or other advanced mobility products. These investments have cemented our status as the global epicenter of mobility and manufacturing, and with the Forum’s new Centre, we will build on that leadership, bringing in even more opportunity for workers and bolstering economic opportunity in every region of our state.
Meet WEFFIE Golden Girl……….…Gretchen Whitmer
What is Gretchen all about? Let’s have a look, shall we?
✅ CLIMATE CHANGE
✅ CHILDREN LOPPING THEIR ORGANS OFF
✅ MAGA RAGE + ABORTION
Leaders of massive companies, such as Microsoft Vice Chairman Bradford Smith, or two scions of billionaire dynasties like the Soros family donated up to the contribution limit. Major film producers, health care executives and philanthropists all gave profusely to the campaign. (source)
Well, we know one thing FOR SURE…
Gretchen Whitmer is 100% concerned with what’s best for her beloved Michiganders.

Wow, I can almost smell all the PEOPLE’S JOBS being created.
Automation Alley’s Description
Since its founding in 1999, Automation Alley has expanded to include more than 1,000 businesses, educational institutions and government entities from the City of Detroit and the surrounding eight county region. Automation Alley promotes regional prosperity through entrepreneurial and exporting assistance, workforce development and technology acceleration.
The U.S. Centre for Advanced Manufacturing will engage the American manufacturing ecosystem to rapidly increase Industry 4.0 adoption through a series of local, state, national, and international advanced manufacturing research-based and pilot-acceleration projects. In doing so, it will create a ripple effect, attracting additional advanced manufacturing investments to create additional jobs and opportunities for Michigan’s workforce.
Today’s announcement builds on the Forum’s plans to establish a new global Centre for Urban Transformation in Detroit, announced last year, where it will grow public-private collaboration in cities and advance more inclusive and sustainable models for urban development. (source)
“By 2030, six out of every ten people in the world are expected to reside in cities,” said Maimunah Mohd Sharif, Executive Director of UN-Habitat. “We need an urgent change in mindsets, policies, and approaches towards urbanization to ensure nobody is left behind. We look forward to working with the World Economic Forum to advance the New Urban Agenda and Sustainable Development Goal 11 to make cities inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable.”
WHAT WE DO is Veeeee Penetrate Zeeeee Cabinets
You can see how WEFFIE Whitmar cares about the environment and climate change by the way she supports mowing down agricultural and natural land areas in favor of huge industrial plants on a river. 🌱 🌿
Whitmer has ordered the closure of major oil pipelines in Michigan and supports renewable energy initiatives. She has been endorsed by the Sierra Club's Michigan Chapter. She is a proponent of expanding industry onto agricultural lands and natural areas throughout Michigan, most notably in supporting industrial "Megasites", such as the proposed Marshall Megasite or Michigan Megasite, which would use 1,600 acres of agricultural lands and natural area along the Kalamazoo River for industrial development. Environmentalists at The National Wildlife Federation oppose this, saying that the protection of natural areas is critical for wildlife habitat and in fighting the effects of climate change by offsetting carbon emissions. In February 2019, Whitmer issued an executive order No. 2019-06, which calls for the reorganization of government departments and renamed The Department of Environmental Quality the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy. The department that promotes the development of industrial Megasites is thus now under the umbrella of the former Department of Environmental Quality.
Man, people are REALLY EXCITED about WEFFIE Whitmer’s plans. You should definitely check out their excitement in the comments.
Here’s a sneak peak:
MEGATASTIC is more like it!!!
Here’s a love letter from the locals. They sure are excited too. They even have an entire site dedicated to how excited they are about the decimation of their land and homes:
Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Stop the destruction of 2,000 acres of prime agricultural land, farmsteads, natural areas and homes in Marshall Township for the proposed Ford's Blue Oval EV Battery Plant.
This plan is being implemented through the Marshall Area Economic Development Corporation (MAEDA), a private nonprofit organization and the MEDC, and the State of Michigan. MAEDA is negligent in that it has failed to notify, seek input and buy-in for the proposed site prior to securing options with local landowners. There is no accountability or transparency in this process. This plan does not represent the will of local residents, most of whom learned of the proposed Megasite in January of 2023. The proposed Ford Blue Oval Battery Plant (aka Marshall Megasite) will destroy prime agricultural lands. The site will include 100 year old hardwoods, and several historic farmsteads (like Riverside Farm pictured above) with magnificent barns and outbuildings.
This land is not "vacant" as portrayed by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and by James Durian of the Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA), nor is it "not much now" as reported in a Wood TV 8 segment. Farms feed people! Marshall Township, the location of the Marshall Megasite, boasts on its website that it is the BEST farmland in Calhoun County! Why are we destroying Michigan's billion dollar agricultural industry which is only becoming more valuable as agricultural lands across the country are threatened. The state of Michigan is wasting billions of dollars to promote this site for industry and in doing so will destroy our community.
The proposed "Marshall Megasite" includes vital agricultural land and provides habitat for hundreds of species of animals including song birds, waterfowl, raptors, large variety of mammals and pollinators such as butterflies, bees, fireflies. This is a vanishing ecosystem located just a mile from historic Marshall, Michigan. This land should NOT be destroyed for ANY industrial purposes but preserved for the next generation!
Come on useless eaters people. Your land, that you are living on, really is not much now. Come on. Admit it. It’s basically vacant.
And community???? Ain’t no community like a smart city community.
You’re going to love it.
Because we said you are.
Someone should let them know that they can bypass all this local opposition if it really becomes a problem.
“You don’t really find a property that’s that large,” said Terri Fitzpatrick, chief real estate and global attraction officer for the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. “You assemble it parcel by parcel over time. This is what other states have been doing, for not just years, but decades.” (source)
Oh goodie, look! They are mowing down the land and farms AND partnering with China. Perf!
Marshall megasite wins Ford EV battery plant project with Chinese partner
Awesome! That sounds even greener!
Ford Motor Co. appears poised to announce it will build a massive electric vehicle factory with a Chinese partner on 1,900 acres of mostly farmland in Marshall.
Reports, including from Crain’s Detroit Business, indicate the mid-Michigan factory will be a lithium iron phosphate factory planned by Ford and Chinese battery giant Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Ltd. (CATL), with estimates ranging from $2.5 to $3.5 billion.
Details about Ford’s plans for EV battery factory development became public in January when Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin said his administration halted efforts for Ford to develop it there over concerns about Chinese Communist Party influence in the project. At the time, Michigan appeared to be Virginia’s only competitor for the project.
“Marshall will lose 1,800 acres of farmland and wild spaces if this plan moves forward,” she said, adding “this project should not be considered in this location or any other rural location when vacant industrial sites exist across the state.”
The project is expected to be facilitated by state incentives, including at least some support through the SOAR Fund.
There is roughly $200 million left in the SOAR Fund, which is designed to help the state lure big development projects, but the Whitmer administration and Democratic legislative leaders are looking to add more.
The Michigan House on Thursday narrowly approved a tax relief package that would also funnel up to $500 million a year in corporate income tax revenue into the SOAR fund.
Gov. Whitmer approves additional investment in SOAR Fund
Strategic Outreach and Attraction Reserve (SOAR) Fund is receiving additional funding thanks to a bipartisan supplemental package signed by Governor Whitmer today.
Passed by the Michigan Legislature with bipartisan support, the $1.11 billion supplemental spending bill includes $496 million for future economic investments – $206 million of which is reappropriated from the previous year – as well as $350 million for site development statewide, including:
Grants to regional and local economic development organizations
Strategic site improvements
Remediation and redevelopment for future projects
Good thing they were able to legally acquire all that land they needed to decimate the natural habitats and privately owned farmland grow public-private collaboration in cities and advance more inclusive and sustainable models for urban development.
Mackinac Center Sues Michigan State for Redacting Info About Megasite
MIDLAND, Mich. — Michigan State University violated the Freedom of Information Act by redacting and blacking out key documents and information related to a potential Eagle Township megasite, according to a lawsuit filed today by the Mackinac Center for Public Policy.
The Mackinac Center filed a public records request after reports on a potential government-funded megasite in Eagle Township indicated that some of the land involved might have been sold by Michigan State University. The parcel in question was donated to the university and a tip suggested that the donation agreement possibly prohibits MSU from selling the land for non-agricultural use. To investigate, the Mackinac Center filed a Freedom of Information Act request on February 23, 2023 for the donation agreement and any amendments.
MSU responded by producing some of the requested records on February 28, 2023. The university did not provide the original agreement, as requested, and only released portions of an amendment to the original agreement. The key agreement was almost entirely redacted, making it impossible to know the terms of the land donation agreement.
Of course WEFFIE Whitmer went to Davos to peddle manufacturing and save us from climate change.
I wonder if she took one of those environmentally friendly, electric, private jets to get there.
I bet she carpooled.
You know, because Climate Change and stuff.
Whitmer has a VERY cozy relationship with FBI too. They staged a kidnapping together, for election interference. As for the WEF, she always struck me as unreal, like a transhuman cyborg, or a stepford wife that eats men. Like that Jacinda chick in New Zealand, Ms Empathy, the one who was like, we will be your only source of covid information. I wonder how Klaus Schwab feels about American elections? The Gateway Pundit has a bit to say about Michigan elections.
💥🎯She is a tyrant. During the covidcon, besides her normal draconian measures, she wouldn't let anyone paint their house, or garden! And during her severe lockdown restrictions, she herself went to Florida on vacation, Probably wore a mask on her plane though. Except not in Florida, they were done with masks. Rules are for peasants, not important people like her.
